Privacy Policy

FloreoNexa is a professional knowledge-sharing and event platform. This policy explains the information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use FloreoNexa, we may collect:

• Contact information, including your name, email address, phone number, organization, and professional title.
• Speaker application information, including professional profile links, expertise, experience, proposed topics, intended audience, and session details.
• Participant registration, sponsorship-interest, partnership, and general inquiry information.
• Advisor profile information and photographs only when an advisor chooses to submit them and provides publication consent.
• Administrative and advisor account information needed for authorized access.
• Basic technical and security information processed by our hosting, authentication, and database providers.

FloreoNexa does not request payment-card or bank information through its public forms. Please do not include passwords, financial details, government identifiers, health records, or other highly sensitive information in free-text fields.

Browser drafts

Some unfinished forms are saved locally in your browser so you can return to them. A local draft is not submitted to FloreoNexa until you choose to submit the form. Clear the form when using a shared device.

How we use information

• Review and administer applications, registrations, inquiries, events, partnerships, and sponsorship interest.
• Communicate about a submission, decision, event, schedule change, instruction, or completed engagement.
• Verify eligible completed speaker engagements through a privacy-conscious public credential.
• Protect the platform, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and maintain reliable records.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce platform terms.

Public information

Private applications, advisor reviews, internal notes, and contact details are not public. A speaker credential becomes publicly verifiable only after an eligible engagement is completed. An advisor profile is published only after the advisor provides consent and an administrator approves it.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate FloreoNexa, such as database, authentication, hosting, storage, or email-delivery providers. They receive only the information reasonably needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or during a legitimate organizational transaction.

Optional website analytics

When optional analytics is available, you can enable it using “Allow optional analytics” in the footer. It remains off until you choose to enable it. Google Analytics then receives public page views and actions such as completed applications or registrations, without the contents of your forms, names, email addresses, or reference numbers. Google may use analytics cookies and process technical information about your browser and device. Our analytics does not track private dashboard or credential-lookup pages.

You can withdraw your choice using “Turn off optional analytics” in the footer. This stops future collection through our integration; it does not delete information already sent to Google. Your choice is stored in this browser. You can also clear cookies and site data using your browser settings.

Data retention

We retain records for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the relevant workflow, maintain verification and event history, resolve disputes, protect the platform, and meet legal obligations. Test or unnecessary records may be removed sooner. Retention practices will be reviewed as FloreoNexa grows.

Security

We use role-based access controls, database row-level security, authenticated administrative access, and encrypted connections provided by our technology services. No system can guarantee absolute security, so please submit only information appropriate for the stated purpose.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, subject to identity verification and records we must retain for legitimate or legal reasons. You can also ask questions about this policy through our Contact page.

Children’s privacy

FloreoNexa is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information should contact us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform and its service providers change. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published.
