Terms of Use

Effective September 9, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the FloreoNexa website, applications, event information, and verification features. By using the platform or submitting information, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Platform purpose

FloreoNexa supports professional knowledge sharing, speaker applications, event participation, partnerships, sponsorship interest, advisor review, and verification of qualifying completed engagements. Features may change as the platform develops.

Accurate and appropriate submissions

You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to share. Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, discriminatory, abusive, malicious, or highly sensitive content. Do not attempt to interfere with the platform, bypass access controls, scrape protected data, impersonate another person, or submit automated spam.

Applications and participation

Submitting a speaker application, registration, inquiry, advisor profile, or sponsorship interest does not guarantee selection, admission, publication, a speaking engagement, a partnership, funding, payment, employment, or any other outcome. FloreoNexa may request more information, decline a submission, change programming, or cancel or reschedule an event when reasonably necessary.

Sponsorship interest and payments

The sponsorship form only expresses interest. It is not a contract, invoice, payment authorization, or promise of benefits. Any sponsorship requires separate review and a written agreement before payment. Never enter bank or card details into a public FloreoNexa form.

Your content

You retain ownership of original content you submit. You give FloreoNexa a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, review, reproduce, and use that content as reasonably needed to evaluate the submission, administer an event or program, communicate with you, maintain records, and provide features you request. Public use of an advisor profile, photograph, or speaker credential remains subject to the relevant consent and approval workflow.

Speaker credentials

A FloreoNexa speaker ID verifies only the qualifying engagement information shown by the verification service. It is not an academic degree, professional license, employment reference, general endorsement, or guarantee of expertise. Credentials may be corrected, suspended, or revoked if issued in error or connected to fraud or material misconduct.

Third-party services and links

The platform may rely on or link to third-party services. Their availability, content, security, and terms are controlled by those providers. FloreoNexa is not responsible for third-party services beyond obligations imposed by applicable law.

Availability and disclaimers

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to maintain accurate and reliable services but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that all information will always be complete or error-free. Nothing on the platform is legal, financial, medical, employment, or professional advice.

Limitation and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FloreoNexa is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, an event change, third-party conduct, or reliance on user-submitted information. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and changes

We may restrict access, remove content, or suspend participation when reasonably necessary to protect people, data, platform integrity, or legal compliance. We may revise these Terms, and the effective date will be updated when material changes are published.
